2) Dog profile sheet
Should our service be of interest to you we ask you complete a dog profile sheet that includes your preferences such as walk requirements, snacks allowed and health issues etc. Dog Profile Sheet.
Most clients prefer to meet with their carer before the pet sit but we know this is not always possible due to short booking times. Our carer will contact you to arrange a time to meet your dog and discuss their needs.
4) Drop your dog off at carers or Pet Sit.
If your dates are extended whilst you are away you will need to notify us as soon as possible so we can extend your dogs stay.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
>Just like on any dog walk, clients need to provide collars, leads and car harnesses in good repair.
> If your dog has preferred bedding, please supply that as well. Otherwise general clean blankets will be used.
> All food and feeding instructions are to be provided by clients. Because this is 24 hour care, frozen or raw food can also be provided by clients.
> Like any dog minded by Dog Walkers Melbourne, we require their vaccinations, worm and flea treatments to be up to date. Information about these are requested on our client forms.

A surcharge of $9 per day applies for weekends and holidays.
All puppies (dogs under two years of age) are charged at regular day rates, regardless of walks required.
Old or injured dog may not require a long morning walk with the rest of the pack. In this case, a single 15 minute local afternoon block walk can be supplied at $10 less per day (than the regular fee amounts) during the 24 hour pet minding service.
